OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

To ensure your treatments are best suited to you, we ask that the information you provide us, to be as accurate and complete as possible. Following your treatment today, you will continue to play an important role in caring for your skin. For the best outcomes and recovery, we ask that you please follow our recommendations, after your treatments. At times we may suggest certain products or complimentary services. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We will be glad to help you meet your skin care needs today and into the future.

COVID-19

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with a positive COVID-19 case, please reschedule your appointment. Please wait in your car or outside (if the weather permits) and we will come and let you in. Our doors will be locked between client appointments. Wearing mask is optional but still appreciated (we will provide one if you have forgotten yours). Sanitize hands upon arrival and exit (spray will be provided to you). Washroom is for emergencies only. No visitors permitted to join your appointment. Please keep belongings to a minimum. No outside food or drinks.

MEDICAL HISTORY

Before you visit, our medical history forms will need to be completed.

PATIENT PHOTOGRAPHS

You authorize before, during and after the procedure(s) the taking of photographs to be part of your patient profile that may be used for scientific or marketing purposes without disclosing your identity (eyes will be masked in the photographs).

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW

Due to an influx of recent no show appointments, we have made the decision to introduce a new Cancellation Policy.

Given the limited availability of appointments, and in consideration of our other clients, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Any appointments that are cancelled (or No Show) on the day of your scheduled service will incur a $100 fee, or the total cost of the appointment - whichever is less.

Our new cancellation policy is not related to our COVID-19 Policy nor does it apply to complimentary consultations. If a client begins to experience symptoms of COVID-19 (including, but not limited to: cough, runny nose, sneezing, fever, fatigue, loss of taste/smell, shortness of breath, chills or body aches) we ask you to please contact us to cancel your appointment, at no cost. However, if a client fails to notify us that they will be unable to attend the scheduled appointment, our services will be charged at full cost.
